Inspection and Test

At Phase One Electronics we place a high importance in the training of our staff and the quality process that we use to minimise build errors.

All our boards are monitored and inspected through the assembly process and upon completion to ensure that they conform to the required standard of workmanship and documentation.
First offs are visually inspected using the Blundell Magic Eye System. This uses electronic information to speed up the first off inspection process, whilst improving the detectability of build and set up errors.

Boards are visually inspected under Mantis, giving you the customer reliable boards built to the correct standard.

We can also offer a test facility that is specific to your own product and this may often involve our customers own test fixtures.
